Date Night Makeup Tutorial Ft. Colourpop ✨

Hey lovely’s!

I wanted to share with you another makeup look I did Monday for date night with my better half!  We decided to go into Manhattan to LAVO NYC for restaurant week so I decided this look had to be glam! Check out what I came up with below!

Want to see how I got this look?!  Keep reading below!

1- From the Two Faced Limited Edition Chocolate in New York palette I decided first that I was going use Butterscotch for my crease.  So if you have this color or similar apply this to your crease & keep on blending!!

2- Next I decided to take Toffee Crunch and apply this as the second crease color for a smoother transition shade for my dark glam color, woot woot!  Please make sure to blend the heck out of these two colors!!! See the picture of the palette below with the two colors.

3- Next I decided to use my Too Faced Peanut Butter Jelly Palette

With this palette I decided to color Nuts About You and only put it in my inner lower crease for a more defined look, and you want to make sure you blend this out well because the lines will show if you dont.

4- Then I decided to use my unused Colourpop & Kathleen Lights collaboration set “Where the Light is” and used one of her awesome colors!  So I used the color Blaze and applied this all over my lid.  I applied some of it with my finger then used one of my synthetic brushes to really pack this on.  Do not swipe, or blend this color.  Just dab it on so you get the full effect.

I would love to see your makeup looks so make sure to tag me on either Instagram or Twitter to show me the looks you create!! Let me know what you think & if you want to see different looks/tutorials from me please let me know what you would like to see down below loves!!!

Love always,

    1. This is only my second time using them because the first time I hated them!!! I hate the idea of having to use my fingers to apply shadows and none of my brushes worked the first time! This time I used a little bit of my finger to apply blaze, then got a synthetic brush to really pack it on. But how do you guys apply their shadows? Brush or fingers? XO

    1. Thank you so much Jenny!! XOXO I had this set for so long and I was like let me use the Kathleen Lights shadows I have just sitting in the back of my draw that I only used once before! And it turned out so well!!
