I’m Skin Clear With Neutrogena® #SkinClearingMakeup

I had the pleasure of working with Neutrogena to bring you this post and I am really excited about what you guys are going to see!  Everyone knows this brand and how amazing they are so I couldn’t wait to share 😊 Today I wanted to bring you my first impressions on Neutrogena’s new SkinClearing Makeup line!

If you haven’t heard about their new SkinClearing makeup line then I highly recommend to check it out.  Never in a million years did I think we would ever have a foundation, concealer, and mineral powder that helps fight acne as it’s on your skin.  I’m used to other foundations that tend to give us acne after wearing it for one night.

SkinClearing Liquid Makeup $14.59

  • Natural coverage for clearing breakouts. Meet the first and only liquid foundation formulated with MicroClear® Technology, scientifically shown to dissolve oil and help boost delivery of salicylic acid to the source of breakouts, for fast results. Its natural-looking coverage is great for use on oily, combination and even sensitive skin and won’t clog pores. So it not only treats blemishes, it helps prevent emerging breakouts, control shine and provides natural coverage with a breathable feel.

Check out this everyday working makeup tutorial I did with my SkinClearing foundation, concealer and mineral powder.

First Impressions:

What I liked most about this foundation, concealer and mineral powder is that it felt like I had nothing on my face.  My skin felt light, airy and breathable.  Which I love because I hate that feeling when you put on makeup and your pores feel automatically clogged.  My makeup didn’t look or feel cakey either which is big for me with foundation because that’s another feeling I don’t like! The foundation I used was in medium beige and fit my skin tone perfectly + blended like a charm which is most important.  It didn’t feel oily at all, and it didn’t make my skin look oily.  Next I applied the SkinClearing  concealer in light under my eyes and on the bridge of my nose.  I always like to use a lighter color concealer then my foundation to brighten up my undereye area because it’s one of my darker areas on my face .  I took my damp beauty blender and blended this in completely.  Last, I took my SkinClearing mineral powder in natural beige and just set everything I just put on.  Honestly, I was quite shocked at how beautiful this trio made my skin feel and I was amazed at how my makeup looked.  This SkinClearing  trio has left my makeup looking like I just got my makeup airbrushed on my face. This is a product I do see myself continuing to use because I never had a foundation that made my skin look this amazing!  Plus I’ve always had trouble with blemishes and acne so I can’t wait to see what this foundation can do for my skin in the long run.

  1. You are totally true, your face looks so natural, like no makeup makeup. I would love to try it if i can feel my face so light. Thanks for the review!

  2. My favourite foundations are the ones from Clinique. I have very sensitive skin and I have noticed that they help to control blemishes and oil. I am very concerned to try something else that will mess with my skin but I do love the idea of the Mineral Powder. I might try it and see what happens haha. Thank you for sharing! 😀
